About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by enterprise customers using AI safety and operations intelligence platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce bugs, provide detailed logs, and recommend fixes.
- Configure and maintain cloud deployments on AWS, ensuring high availability and security.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, monitoring, and automated testing.
- Provide training and documentation to clients on best practices for computer vision integration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support or software engineering experience in AI/ML or computer vision domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Hands‑on knowledge of computer vision libraries (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, global environment.
