Provide expert technical assistance for a zero‑trust networking platform, diagnosing issues, guiding customers, and collaborating with engineering to improve product reliability using Linux, networking, and scripting skills.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity, performance, and security issues for customers using the zero‑trust networking platform.
- Guide users through installation, configuration, and best‑practice deployment on Linux and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to reproduce bugs, provide detailed logs, and suggest enhancements.
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting scripts and automation tools in Python or Bash to streamline support workflows.
- Document solutions, create knowledge‑base articles, and contribute to internal support processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems and command‑line tools.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VPN, and zero‑trust security models.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation and diagnostics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
