About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by enterprise customers across three .NET-based document management products.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to reproduce bugs, propose fixes, and validate releases.
- Maintain and enhance internal knowledge base, troubleshooting guides, and automated diagnostic scripts.
- Provide timely, clear communication to customers via ticketing system, live chat, and remote sessions.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response, ensuring minimal downtime for mission‑critical workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting .NET applications in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure services (App Service, Functions, Storage).
- Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, debugging tools, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
