About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish technical memos, service bulletins, and training materials for RF Power product repair and upgrades.
- Review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and assess impact on Global Service and customers.
- Create and maintain Service Plans to support new product releases.
- Participate in engineering project meetings, providing input on serviceability and product design.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless product introduction and support.
Requirements
- Strong background in RF Power technology and engineering support.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Experience with ECO processes and service plan development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global service team.
- Proactive problem‑solving and communication skills.
