About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Nutanix clusters via Prism (Element & Central), ensuring configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support hypervisors including AHV, VMware ESXi, and Hyper‑V, managing VM provisioning, migration, and decommissioning.
- Maintain high availability and performance of the environment through proactive health checks and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve incidents, provide root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Document procedures, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with Nutanix platforms and Prism management tools.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AHV, VMware ESXi, and Hyper‑V virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of VM lifecycle management and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
