Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Provide Level 1 support for LAN/WAN connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Assist end‑users through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands‑on technical support experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, printer devices, and networking basics (LAN/WAN).
- Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows OS.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support tickets.
