Seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Support Engineer to assist customers and partners with 3D printing technology. Requires strong technical and communication skills to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Formlabs 3D printers and software.
- Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge base creation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and address recurring problems.
- Assist with customer onboarding and training on 3D printing technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technology is a plus.
