Provide expert technical support for Industrial IoT solutions, troubleshooting sensor networks, cloud integrations, and automation systems using Python, Node.js, AWS, MQTT, and PLC technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding Industrial IoT platform issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, sensor, and data‑streaming problems using MQTT, PLC protocols, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce bugs, create test cases, and document solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of IoT devices, gateways, and edge nodes.
- Provide training and best‑practice guidance to clients on platform usage and maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support or field service experience in Industrial IoT or automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Node.js for scripting and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS IoT Core, MQTT, and related cloud services.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service skills.
