Software Engineer
Provide advanced technical support for cloud‑based SaaS platforms, troubleshooting Linux/Apache environments, scripting with Python and Ansible, and resolving VoIP, SQL, and networking issues for enterprise customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier‑2 support for cloud and SaaS applications, diagnosing and resolving incidents across Linux, Apache, and VoIP infrastructures.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Ansible to streamline repetitive troubleshooting tasks.
- Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to reproduce bugs, provide root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Monitor system health, perform log analysis, and execute SQL queries to investigate data‑related issues.
- Document solutions, create knowledge‑base articles, and mentor junior support staff.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in technical support or system administration for Linux/Unix environments.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and Ansible automation.
- Strong knowledge of Apache web server configuration, SQL databases, and VoIP technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical users.
