About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to global customers for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of MultiValue database products such as UniVerse and UniData.
- Conduct root cause analysis on complex production issues and document findings for continuous improvement.
- Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotations, responding to critical incidents during nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Collaborate with the QA team to design, execute, and validate database test cases and regression suites.
- Assist in light development tasks, including scripting and automation to streamline support processes.
Requirements
- Experience with MultiValue database environments (UniVerse/UniData) and related tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in live production settings.
- Familiarity with QA testing methodologies and test case management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of an on‑call rotation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
