Technical Support Engineer - Element Biosciences

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for Element Biosciences' instrumentation and software to customers in the EMEA region.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, Field Service) to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Document support interactions, resolutions, and product feedback in the CRM system.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support regional distribution partners with technical inquiries and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role, preferably in the life sciences or instrumentation industry.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
