Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and other communication platforms to customers and field service technicians.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, controls, and light mechanical issues on OEM machinery.
- Support machine commissioning and service activities at customer facilities.
- Act as a key technical resource for customers, field service technicians, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and light mechanical principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with OEM machinery is a plus.
