About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Clinical AI product users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to triage incidents and implement permanent fixes.
- Utilize Python scripts and AWS services to automate diagnostics and monitor system health.
- Document solutions in knowledge bases, creating clear, repeatable troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, ensuring 24/7 support coverage and rapid incident response.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) in a production environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of machine learning workflows and Clinical AI applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with incident management tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and ticketing systems.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
