About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2/3 support for data center, cloud, and interconnection services, ensuring 100% uptime for critical customer workloads.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network transport, SAN, and multi‑homed Internet access issues, coordinating with engineering teams.
- Manage incident lifecycle: log, analyze, and document root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with operations to design and maintain redundant systems and colocation infrastructure.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data center operations, cloud services, or network support.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on uptime and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
