About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, and software issues on autonomous manicure machines in retail environments.
- Collaborate with R&D to implement firmware updates and performance optimizations.
- Provide on‑site and remote support to high‑profile clients such as Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal use.
- Participate in field trials, collecting data to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in robotics or embedded systems support.
- Strong background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Python and ROS for debugging and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
