Seeking an experienced Technical Supply Chain Manager for an AR technology startup. This role focuses on leading supply chain execution for complex aerospace products, managing procurement, and ensuring component availability for internal production and contract manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain execution for internally designed, complex aerospace products.
- Oversee procurement of critical components, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes.
- Manage relationships with contract manufacturing partners, ensuring production targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Supply Chain Manager, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
- Experience working with complex engineered products and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Augmented Reality (AR) technology is a plus.
