About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with construction clients to define success metrics and develop adoption roadmaps for Autodesk Forma.
- Provide technical guidance on BIM workflows, data integration, and Autodesk Forge APIs to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and best‑practice workshops to accelerate user proficiency.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with product teams to prioritize enhancements.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and showcase ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC or construction technology space, with a strong understanding of BIM processes.
- Proven track record in customer success or technical account management for SaaS solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with Autodesk Forge, cloud platforms, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Project management expertise, including the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and meet deadlines.
