Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of technical specialists in daily laboratory operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical laboratory.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS) and laboratory management principles.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and regulatory compliance (e.g., CLIA, CAP).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
