About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities for new product introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring alignment with engineering and product roadmaps.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contracts to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sourcing, preferably within NPI environments.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and procurement best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
