Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates for critical networking roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific platforms.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and efficient journey.
• Track and report on key sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Technical Recruiter, with a strong focus on networking technologies.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
