- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective outreach plans.
- Engage passive candidates through compelling messaging and build strong relationships.
- Manage candidate data and track progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract the best minds in AI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on AI, hardware, or software engineering roles.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search methodologies.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management.
