Technical Solutions Engineer
Talos is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead technical implementations and connectivity integrations for institutional clients and trading counterparties.
This role sits at the intersection of client services and technical integration. Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment.
Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.
Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Configure and validate client environments across Talos’ modular trading and portfolio systems.
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams.
Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.
