Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of mobile device security and threat landscapes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and enterprise software.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
