Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Arista Networks' campus and WiFi solutions.
- Design and implement network solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer success.
- Develop and deliver technical training and documentation.
- Act as a technical point of contact for key accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and Arista products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support or solutions engineering, with a focus on campus networks and WiFi.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
- Familiarity with Arista EOS or similar network operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
