Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Arista Networks' product portfolio.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and design effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and partners.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Engage in hands-on testing and validation of network configurations.
- Work closely with engineering and product management teams to provide customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
