About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of cloud solutions, primarily on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Lead technical teams in adopting Python, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development cycles.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
- Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Drive cost optimization and capacity planning for large‑scale deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions architecture, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS) and Python development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
