The Technical Services team is a fast-growing team at 360Learning, offering customized technical solutions for our clients, particularly in the Enterprise segment. These solutions include connectors & integrations, automations, reporting, and other innovative developments.
We are now looking for a Technical Services Developer , who will join our well established team of 6 developers to deliver value to our customers, by developing new solutions and maintaining existing ones, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical excellence.
In this role, you’ll spend your time crafting high-quality integrations and customizations, while also stepping into the spotlight as a TS Hero on a rotating basis to support and enhance our live solutions. As a Technical Services Developer , you will report to the Dev Lead and the Head of Tech Services. Your mission is to transform specifications into robust software while maintaining a high standard of code quality through collaboration and rigorous testing.
Key Responsibilities as a Developer:
Build & Innovate: Design, develop, and maintain scalable technical solutions across our ecosystem, including integrations and automations built on Workato, internal tools, reporting solutions, web applications, plugins, and enhancements to our BigCommerce integration.
Ensure Quality: Perform tests (providing proof of results) and participate in peer code reviews to keep our codebase "hero-grade."
Document: Write clear Setup Guides and Deployment Methodologies to empower our Implementation Specialists and clients.
Collaborate: Participate in daily stand-ups and provide workload estimates to help our Tech Consultants manage client expectations.

Gain skills on our tool stack (Workato, snowflake, github, ….)
Develop Technical Solutions for our customers
Within 6 months, you will:
Take support shifts
Contribute to the development of a wide variety of technical solutions
Ensure scalability of all solutions through documentation, and enablement of teams
Test solutions developed other team members
Within 12 months, you will:
Proactively propose new solutions to develop
Upskill on new technologies & tools
Review the code of your peers
