About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation of SaaS sales software for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and configuration.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and customizations.
- Provide expert troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and resolution for complex technical issues reported by customers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, best‑practice playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Analyze usage data and performance metrics to recommend optimizations and enhancements to the platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering for SaaS sales or CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, API integrations, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools to extract insights and troubleshoot performance.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
