About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client data and configure Varicent SaaS solutions to meet revenue performance requirements.
- Develop, test, and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines, and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Create and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues, ensuring timely resolution for customers.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or technical consulting for SaaS products.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
