What is the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Technical Solution Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), cloud platforms, and enterprise lab environments to join our team. This role is focused on owning, maintaining, and evolving Omnissa ’s internal lab environments , which are critical for product validation, solution testing, enablement, and customer demonstrations. As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for the health, scalability, and advancement of internal lab platforms , ensuring they closely reflect real-world customer environments. You’ll work across multiple technologies—including Horizon, Workspace ONE, cloud platforms, and supporting infrastructure—to deliver reliable, high-performing lab capabilities. This role requires both operational excellence (Day 2 operations) and forward-looking innovation , helping expand lab capabilities to support new products, integrations, and use cases.
