Seeking a Technical Solution Specialist with LCMS expertise to provide pre-sales technical support, develop application methods, and conduct sample analysis for clients in various industries.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support and sample analysis services for Agilent LCMS products.
- Develop application methods and solutions based on Agilent LCMS products to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex samples in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, materials, and scientific research.
- Understand customer challenges and provide suitable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by providing training and answering technical and application-related questions.
- Share technical expertise in seminars, lectures, and conferences.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above with over 5 years of LCMS usage experience.
- Technical support experience in analytical science or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer interaction skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
