Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for LCMS instrumentation, including installation, calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with clients to design and optimize LCMS workflows, ensuring data quality and compliance with analytical standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex instrument and software issues, documenting solutions and best practices.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to end‑users on LCMS operation, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to drive product improvements and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with LCMS systems in a technical support or consulting role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., OpenLab, MassLynx).
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
