- Manage data integrations and establish connectivity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with customer success and product teams to deliver seamless technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical solution management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data integration methodologies and API usage.
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare IT standards is highly desirable.
