About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI evaluation projects, defining metrics, test plans, and success criteria for new models and services.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and translate findings into actionable solution designs.
- Design and document technical architectures that integrate AI capabilities with Azure cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, product, and customer success—to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to stakeholders on AI best practices, data pipelines, and model deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure AI services, Machine Learning frameworks, and Python development.
- Proven ability to design scalable technical architectures and conduct rigorous AI evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, experiment design, and research methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
