- Provide expert technical solutions and support for Appier's AI-powered SaaS products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and design effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients in the Greater China region.
- Educate customers on product capabilities and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical solution engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
