- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and API integrations.

- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to understand client needs and propose technical solutions.
- Document technical processes and solutions for internal and external use.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
- Experience with API integration and data analysis is a plus.
