Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and govern end‑to‑end API‑driven integrations between enterprise platforms and customer ITSM environments.
- Ensure integrations are scalable, resilient, secure, and meet defined SLAs and operational workflows.
- Lead automation initiatives, develop scripts, and orchestrate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and support teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in API integration, ITSM systems, and enterprise platform connectivity.
- Proficiency in automation, scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and workflow orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in integration architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering high‑quality solutions.
