About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end technical service operations, ensuring timely resolution of complex customer issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Lead project management initiatives, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver high‑quality technical solutions.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and product teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and implement best practices.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical service or support leadership roles within a complex, regulated environment.
- Proven track record in project management, process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and data‑driven decision making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with service‑management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
