Key Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations through process development and optimization.
• Lead and execute scale-up activities for new and existing products.
• Manage product transfer processes between different manufacturing sites or stages.
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Services Scientist or in a similar role within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of process development, scale-up, and product transfer methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
