Lead technical services projects for clean‑pack, drum, and bulk operations, driving revenue and profitability through scope definition, safety plan development, resource management, and complex customer engagement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, inventory requirements, and technical specifications for clean‑pack, drum, and bulk service offerings.
- Develop, review, and obtain approvals for comprehensive safety plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assess and allocate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources to ensure timely and cost‑effective execution.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating technical experts and field personnel to deliver complex projects.
- Maintain direct communication with customers, addressing technical inquiries and providing status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project financials, track revenue growth, and implement profitability improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field with 5+ years of project management experience in technical services.
- Proven ability to develop and manage safety plans and obtain necessary regulatory approvals.
- Strong skills in resource planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent customer‑facing communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard office software.
