About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day cloud operations for AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem processes to reduce MTTR.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Drive capacity planning, cost optimization, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years in cloud operations or DevOps roles, with hands‑on experience in AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and CI/CD tooling.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform).
- Experience with ITIL processes and incident management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
