Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Services Engineer for weekend shifts to provide expert support for MongoDB's growing suite of database management applications and services, including Atlas, Cloud Manager, and Compass.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class technical support to MongoDB customers globally, focusing on weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MongoDB database deployments and associated services.
- Assist customers with the management and scaling of their database infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address product issues.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and documentation for technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
- Strong understanding of database management principles and technologies, particularly MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during weekend shifts.
