Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, integrate, and provide technical support for DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software at customer sites.
- Gather customer requirements and manage end-to-end implementation processes.
- Collaborate with the Delivery and Implementation team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the AI software.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing customer workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical services or support role.
- Familiarity with AI and medical imaging technologies.
- Ability to gather and document customer requirements effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian.
