About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across healthcare IT platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Utilize Python scripts and AWS services to automate monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows.
- Maintain and improve support documentation, knowledge bases, and runbooks to streamline issue resolution.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, ensuring 24/7 availability for critical incidents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering within a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior.
- Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
