About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of platform services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams (engineering, operations, security) to plan, execute, and monitor project milestones.
- Implement and refine DevOps pipelines, automation, and monitoring to accelerate release cycles and improve reliability.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates, and translate technical details into business value.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying best practices in cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex platform or infrastructure projects in a cloud environment.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD, containerization, IaC) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are a plus.
