Seeking a Technical SEO & Web Developer with 4–6 years of SEO expertise and 3+ years of web development experience to optimize site performance, implement schema, and manage WordPress and custom code solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical, on‑page, off‑page, and local SEO audits to improve rankings and visibility.
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites on platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Implement and monitor Core Web Vitals, schema markup, AI‑driven search enhancements, and AEO/GEO strategies.
- Configure and manage analytics tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console; generate performance reports in Looker Studio.
- Optimize site speed, hosting, DNS, SSL, and overall website performance through API integrations and server‑side tweaks.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of proven technical SEO experience with a strong track record of ranking improvements.
- 3+ years of hands‑on web development, primarily on WordPress and other modern site builders.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, plus familiarity with API integration.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema, and website performance optimization techniques.
