About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth team progress and delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and well-defined product backlog.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
- Support the adoption and implementation of CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
- Experience working with software development teams and understanding of the development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
