Position Summary & Responsibilities
The Technical Research Analyst collects, researches, analyzes, and interprets workforce data to support Workforce Services programs and drive continuous improvement. This position develops and tests SQL, Python, PostgreSQL, and DBEAVER scripts to generate real-time reports and analysis from the KANSASWORKS.com database, providing data-driven insights to evaluate program performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
