About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, from stakeholder capture through detailed specification and verification.
- Develop and maintain structured, testable, and traceable requirements using IBM DOORS and SysML models.
- Collaborate with system, software, and test teams to ensure requirements are integrated into design, integration, and validation activities.
- Establish and enforce governance processes, change control, and configuration management for all requirement artifacts.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are aligned with sprint planning and delivery milestones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in requirements engineering for complex, safety‑critical or high‑impact systems.
- Proficiency with IBM DOORS (or equivalent) and SysML for model‑based requirements definition.
- Strong understanding of traceability, verification, and validation concepts across hardware, software, and system domains.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing requirement changes within iterative development cycles.
- Excellent communication skills to translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable specifications.
