About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the requirements engineering process for large-scale enterprise IT projects, capturing functional and non‑functional needs from business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, use‑case diagrams, and system architecture models using UML.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to validate that designs meet business objectives and compliance standards.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, resolve ambiguities, and prioritize features.
- Maintain a living requirements repository, ensuring traceability from business goals to implementation and testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in requirements or systems engineering within enterprise IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of UML, use‑case modeling, and requirements management tools.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with compliance and security standards in defense or government contexts is a plus.
